A Georgia native who grew up in Watkinsville, Tammy has worked in accounting and tax services since 1989 and previously owned her own accounting practice for more than 15 years.
Family, Faith, and ServiceTammy and her husband, David, married in 2015 and share a heart for serving their community. Together, they founded Project 18+, a ministry that supported young adults aging out of the foster care system by providing housing, employment opportunities, mentorship, and educational support. Over the years, they helped countless young people build a foundation for a brighter future. After a life-changing accident left David hospitalized for nearly two years, the couple was forced to close the ministry. Despite the challenges, their passion for helping others never faded.
A New ChapterToday, Tammy and David live on a 60+ acre farm in Oglethorpe, Georgia. Together they operate City on the Hill Missions in Hull, Georgia. Through the ministry, they help provide food to hundreds of local families each week and support area schools and food pantries with donated goods. Their vision for the farm continues to grow. Plans include educational programs, a petting zoo, activity spaces, and opportunities for homeschool groups and community members to learn practical farming and self-sufficiency skills.
Life Beyond the OfficeWhen she isn't overseeing finances at M&H, Tammy enjoys spending time with her four children and five grandchildren, caring for the farm, and looking after an ever-growing collection of animals that includes goats, chickens, ducks, donkeys, mini ponies, mules, turkeys, and more.
Whether she's helping balance a budget, feeding families, or caring for animals on the farm, Tammy's dedication to serving others shines through in everything she does. | | | |
NEW Time and Payroll Processing Experience | | | | An upcoming update will introduce a new Time and Payroll processing experience that streamlines how you manage time and payroll tasks. You can review payroll data and resolve Time and Payroll issues in a cohesive process, which reduces the time needed to run payroll. The continuous Time and Payroll feature keeps Time and Payroll data current. Time data is updated in real time, so you always work with the latest information, and pay statement data recalculates once a day.
The new payroll processing experience will be introduced in phases, with our first group of customers currently expected to receive access beginning July 9. Please note that rollout timing remains subject to change based on updates from UKG.

The Payroll Prep page has been renamed to "Review pay information" | | | | | | Upcoming Webinar Series New Payroll Processing Experience | | | | Since the changes to payroll processing are significant, we will be hosting a live webinar series to walk through the new experience and answer questions along the way.
Our first webinar is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, June 25th at 1:30 PM ET, with a second session planned for the following week to cover additional topics and functionality. We will also include a live Q&A, giving customers the opportunity to ask questions and better prepare for the transition.
All webinars will be recorded and shared with everyone who registers, so even if you can’t attend live, you’ll still have access to the training materials afterward.
We strongly encourage all payroll administrators to attend the webinars, as the upcoming changes will noticeably impact payroll processing.
